The 2021 MFAA AGM took place at the Centennial Musuem in Sheguiandah on October 2nd, 2021.
President's Notes
Welcome Everyone! First, I would like to say sorry for the errors in the emails regarding the date of AGM. I usually like to have a 2nd look at what I am sending out, but obviously I am out of practice. It was nice to see that people were paying attention when they let me know there was confusion.
I am so happy to be here with you all, meeting in person again. It has been the strangest 2 years. It was like we went to sleep for two years. Life has permanently changed. Now we seem to be able to start to plan to open up and organize events with a new twist. I am so looking forward to next spring, covid willing.
I hope we can get back to a new normal to promote our Art and Club and our fellow artists. I hope that everyone is as enthusiastic as I am and we can all work together to get our art out there.
