"Born and raised in Sudbury, I now call Little Current home. Influenced by high school art, chosen workshops and a love of animals and nature, soft pastels became a preferred medium. I have won numerous awards with the technique. Manitoulin is a true inspiration. Iconic pastoral landscapes and architectural elements feature in my work, often expressed in oil. The drama of light and shadow is a strong theme for me, and I hope to convey emotion, or to capture a moment of time through original art."
